Defective devices are covered for 1 year from the date you receive your order under the Manufacturer Warranty.
Physical damage (such as cracked screens or water damage) is not covered unless you have an active TickTalk Care+ plan.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
If you use our prepaid return label, a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be returned in good condition with original packaging and accessories.
Missing items or excessive damage may result in partial refund or rejection.
Free gifts are not eligible for refund if returned separately.
